The University of Botswana library has access to more than 500 000 ebooks from a wide variety of publishers and platforms. Most ebooks are licensed for UB members only and require a OpeAthens account for access.
Different ways to find e-books in UB library
- Search as normal for books in the library catalog. On the results page select E- Books in the drop down menu on the right. Click Online to be taken directly to the electronic book.

- Alternatively you can access e-book collections through Discovery tool the Library catalog and limit your results by e-books within a collection. Some of these collections are:
- There are also many e-books available through databases such as EBSCO, Proquest, Emerald, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink and Wiley Online Library.
- Visit the subject guide for a specific subject to find e-books recommended by your subject librarian.
